Care and cleaning
Avoid cleaning the gloves more often than necessary, but sometimes they need freshening up. Always remove the batteries before cleaning. Wipe the outside with a cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Always follow the washing instructions on the label inside the glove. Hang the gloves to dry and let the plug hang freely. Make sure the plug is completely dry after cleaning. Wait until the gloves are completely dry before using them again. Store the gloves with the batteries disconnected. It is important to follow these simple care instructions to protect both the heating system and the materials, so the gloves remain comfortable, safe, and reliable for a long time. Letting the connection dry completely in the air reduces the risk of moisture accumulating inside. Disconnecting the batteries during storage also reduces the risk of slow discharge and damage to the battery cells.
Battery care
With a few simple measures, you can extend the battery life, maintain its performance, and ensure it is ready when you need warmth. Charge the battery every 2–3 months, even if it is not in use. Store the battery at a charge level of 50–80% during long-term storage. Charge the battery after use. Avoid regularly fully discharging the battery – it is better to charge it before it is empty. Only charge the battery when it is dry and undamaged. Never leave the battery unattended during charging. Like most lithium-ion batteries, this battery contains cells that do not tolerate being fully discharged for extended periods. A fully discharged battery can become deeply discharged, which can cause permanent damage and reduced capacity. By regularly charging the battery and storing it partially charged, you help maintain the battery cells to
protect and extend the battery life. Size chart, see HERE.
