ERATAC ORIGINAL SPARE PART · M-LOK · FASTENING NUT
M-LOK Nut: the right counterpart for the right interface
This nut is intended for ERATAC accessories on an M-LOK interface. M-LOK and KeyMod look similar in small parts format but are mechanically not interchangeable.
If a fastening nut is lost, it is not necessarily required to replace the entire accessory. The prerequisite is that the screw, nut, component, and handguard clearly belong to the M-LOK system.
Check before purchase
Interface: The handguard must have M-LOK, not KeyMod.
Accessory: The ERATAC attachment must use this spare nut.
Screw: Check the thread, length, and condition of the associated screw.
Our assessment from user and instructor perspective
The right choice as a targeted original replacement. Not useful as an improvised conversion from KeyMod to M-LOK.
Fits well if: you need to replace exactly this nut on a matching ERATAC M-LOK accessory.
Not ideal if: you own KeyMod accessories or need a complete adapter unit.
What really counts in use
Original replacement: targeted repair instead of replacing the entire adapter.
System fidelity: for the geometry of the M-LOK interface.
Compact: no additional adapter layer required.
Instructor/User
torque tip: Before tightening, correctly align the nut in the M-LOK contour. Only tighten after proper seating with the torque specified for the accessory.
Limits, compatibility and safe use
The nut alone does not make foreign accessories M-LOK compatible. Screw, contact surface and accessory must fit together.
Important note: After initial assembly, check clearance to barrel, gas block and moving parts. Screws must not protrude inside.
Comparison and useful alternatives
For complete accessories, compare the ERATAC M-LOK HK mount and M-LOK Picatinny rails. More parts are available in the ERATAC collection.
