The Blaser R8 Ultimate HunTec Silence Bolt-Action Rifle with Integral Suppressor as an absolutely affordable complete package with a scope of your choiceThe Blaser R8 is one of the most popular bolt-action rifles ever. Its "Ultimate HunTec Silence" version impresses with functionality, the integral titanium suppressor, and its camouflage design. In this version, the R8 Ultimate HunTec Silence is designed for use with the calibers .308Win, .30-06Spring, and 8.5x55JS. And in this complete package, you also get a scope from one of the major optics brands along with the original Blaser mounting rail.

The Stock
The synthetic stock in camouflage with its black elastomer grip inserts on the pistol grip and fore-end is unaffected by moisture and cold and always retains its grip. The stock cap optimally compensates recoil. The design with the straight comb gives the hunting rifle a flowing-dynamic shape that fits ergonomically perfect when shouldered. The stock has a very pleasant tactile surface.

The System
The cocking system of the R8 Ultimate HunTec Silence guarantees the highest safety by relaxing the firing spring. The cocking only takes place immediately before the shot by pushing forward the cocking slider. The quickly reloadable straight-pull bolt system is made of duralumin. The direct trigger of the R8 rifle is dry and ensures precise shot release without pulling off target.

The Barrel with Integral Suppressor
The mass of the barrel of the R8 Ultimate HunTec Silence with the integral suppressor is evenly distributed over its entire length. This gives the rifle its excellent balance. The outer contour of the barrel and suppressor jacket is made of titanium and designed in a seamless bull-barrel style. The titanium muzzle brake directs part of the powder gases in an orderly manner and ensures a good attachment of the suppressor to the muzzle thread, so the projectile can pass unhindered. The design of the Blaser integral suppressor provides its entire length as an expansion chamber for the powder gases. The inner tube closes off the expansion chamber inwardly, protecting the barrel from powder residues and deposits. Depending on the caliber, the barrel length is 42 or 47 cm.
