The #2 Master Scale is a mechanical powder scale for precise, traceable measurements. The same product also includes a spare pan variant: scale and Scale Pan must not be confused.
Variant choice is the most important purchase check

A beam scale is independent of batteries and software but requires a level, draft-free setup and patience during oscillation. Its strength is controlled reference measurement, not maximum throughput.
Purchase check: does the product fit your use?
Explicitly choose between “#2 Master Scale” and “Scale Pan.” The inexpensive Scale Pan is only the spare weighing pan and does not include a scale. Also check if the measuring range and desired working speed fit your reloading process.

Does the scale replace tested loading data? No. It measures a mass but does not provide safe loading instructions.
