Compact pistol barrel cleaning from breech to muzzle
The FG-701-40 bundles caliber-specific tools for pistols in .40 S&W and 10 mm Auto in a hard case. The flexible 8-inch cable guides brush, mop, or patch through the barrel in the bullet direction.
Purchase check: .40 S&W or 10 mm Auto

Honest assessment
A practical mobile cleaning kit for exactly two calibers. It saves space but does not replace a multi-caliber set or tools for damage or stuck obstructions. Caliber, free barrel, and safe access to the breech must be confirmed before use.

Works well if …
you maintain a pistol in .40 S&W or 10 mm Auto
you want to clean from breech to muzzle
you want to transport brush, mop, patches, and pull cable compactly

Less suitable if …
you want to clean 9 mm, .45, or another barrel size
you expect chemicals, oil, or a complete disassembly tool
you need a rigid cleaning rod solution or a multi-gun set

Practical features and benefits

8-inch Memory-Flex cable Enables a compact breech-to-muzzle cleaning path without a rigid rod from the muzzle.

Caliber-specific attachments Bronze brush and cotton mop are designed for .40/10 mm.

Patch holder and patches The large slotted holder guides matching cotton patches controlled through the barrel.

Hard case Keeps components organized and protected in range bag or workshop.
