OTIS · FG-701-45 · PISTOL CLEANING
Compact cleaning of large-caliber pistol barrels from chamber to muzzle
.44 Mag to .480 The OTIS Patriot FG-701-45 guides brush, mop, and patch through the barrel in the shooting direction via a flexible Memory-Flex cable. Confirmed calibers are .44 Magnum, .45, .454, .458, and .480.

Black-Raptor classification
A mobile pull-through set for barrel care of confirmed large calibers. It does not replace full manufacturer-compliant maintenance nor a rigid cleaning rod system for tasks that pull cables cannot perform.

Fits your workflow?

Fits well If the specific caliber belongs to the confirmed group and the barrel is safely accessible from the chamber.

Fits less well For non-approved calibers, when cleaning chemicals or a complete firearm maintenance is expected, or a rigid rod system is needed.

Features with practical benefits

Memory-Flex pull cable Compactly storable and designed for cleaning in the shooting direction.

Caliber-matched brush Mechanical barrel cleaning for the confirmed large caliber group.

Mop and patch system Complements application, loosening, and wiping in a coordinated process.

Compact case Keeps small parts organized for range, hunting, or travel.

Limits, disadvantages, and avoiding bad purchases
„.45
“ The name does not imply a universal fit. Only use confirmed calibers and correctly sized components. Stop immediately if you encounter unusual resistance, check threads, size, and barrel condition. The set does not include cleaning chemicals and does not replace inspection of other assemblies.

Technical Data with Practical Notes

Frequently Asked Questions

In which direction is cleaning done? Preferably from the chamber to the muzzle, i.e. in the direction of fire. Does the set replace a complete disassembly? No. It supports barrel cleaning, not full maintenance. What to do if there is strong resistance? Stop immediately and check size, threads, and barrel condition; do not force anything.
