LYMAN Bleacher Loading Block for 50 Cases – five sizes

More overview on a small workbench: The LYMAN Bleacher loading block holds up to 50 cases in five staggered, ascending rows. This makes it easier to grab individual cases and perform visual checks in a more organized way than with a flat block, without taking up unnecessary workspace.

Fits well – and when not so much
Fits well for reloaders who want to manage batches of up to 50 cases clearly through individual steps and choose a case-appropriate holder size. The stepped arrangement is especially practical when a fully loaded block still needs to remain easily accessible.
Fits less well if you frequently switch between very different case head diameters and want only a single universal block. The Bleacher block is deliberately size-specific. It also does not replace a case gauge or the check of powder charge, primers, or case condition.

The purchase-decisive variant choice
One loading block in the chosen size is delivered. The decisive factor is the largest case head diameter, not just the caliber designation. For formed or deviating cases, the actual diameter should be checked. The case must fit freely in and be removable without being pressed into a too-small holder.

Practical effect of the design
With a flat, fully loaded loading block, the cases stand close together. The ascending rows of the Bleacher block visibly lift the rear cases. This makes it easier to grab a single case and reduces space requirements compared to traditional flat blocks. The robust polymer block is a simple organizational aid without moving parts.

Black-Raptor practical interpretation
The greatest benefit is not more speed at any cost, but a reproducible process: work one row after another and do not rotate the block during a step. This makes it easier to see which cases have already been processed. However, the block itself does not prevent double processing and does not detect missing or double powder charges – these checks must be done independently.

Scope of delivery, limits, and safe use

Scope of delivery: one LYMAN Bleacher loading block in the selected size.

Capacity: 50 cases.

Material: durable polymer.

Not included: cases, ammunition, loading press, measuring tools, and other reloading accessories.

Place the block securely on a clean, flat work surface. Use only undamaged cases that fit the holder. Clearly separate processing stages and maintain the usual independent charge and visual checks. Sources of ignition, open flames, and unnecessary distractions do not belong at the reloading station.

Avoid wrong purchases
The designations Small Pistol and Large Pistol describe the holder size, not the primer size. Likewise, the 0.565-inch rifle
rvariante should not automatically be equated with the same size handgun variant, as the handgun blocks have shallower chambers. Therefore, always select the appropriate variant for rifle or handgun cases.
