SINCLAIR · PREMIUM KIT · 4 SIZES
Prepare four flash hole geometries without a universal size
The SINCLAIR Premium Kit combines four precision-ground carbide uniformers for Small Rifle, Small Pistol, Large Rifle, and Large Pistol with handle, power adapter, and case.
Purchase check: four separate cutters, one complete set

Honest assessment
Small and Large do not only describe the diameter; Rifle and Pistol flash holes can have different target depths. The set avoids the compromise of a universal cutter but requires the correct assignment before each case.

Fits well if …
you reproducibly work on several Boxer flash hole sizes
you want to flexibly use manual operation and slow machine drive
you need four separate cutters organized in one case

Fits less if …
you only occasionally work on a single flash hole size
you want to remove crimps or punch out old primers
you want to work on cases with inserted primers

Practical features and benefits

Four carbide uniformers Separate geometries for Small Rifle, Small Pistol, Large Rifle, and Large Pistol.

Defined working depth The ground cutters align bottom and depth reproducibly.

Universal handle Allows controlled manual operation with good feedback.

Power adapter Allows slow, even drive for larger batches.

Avoid limits and bad purchases

The set does not remove a military flash hole cri
mp.
Incorrect cutter choice can irreversibly alter the primer pocket.
High speed or lateral pressure worsen control and surface.
Rare or proprietary case geometries should be checked in advance.

Application, care and safety

Only process fully fired, empty and cleaned Boxer cases.
Assign cutter size and case type clearly before each cut.
Wear safety glasses; guide cutter straight and without side load.
Use only low, controllable speed for machine operation.
Remove chips and check primer pocket before seating a new primer.

Frequently asked questions
Why are there four cutters? Small/Large and Rifle/Pistol can have different diameters and target depths.
Does the set remove military crimps? No, a reamer or swager is intended for that.
Can I drive the cutters mechanically? Yes, with the power adapter and low, controlled speed.
Are the cutters made of carbide? Yes, tungsten carbide.
Is the set suitable for every case? For many common Boxer cases; rare or proprietary geometries must be checked in advance.

Black-Raptor conclusion The right complete set for reloaders with multiple primer pocket sizes – precise and flexible, as long as cutter choice, speed and safety procedure are consistently correct.
