Precise case trimming with stable workbench support: This set combines the stainless steel case trimmer from L.E. WILSON with a matching stand and the SINCLAIR SharkFin clamp. The case is guided in a caliber-specific Wilson case holder and aligned axially to the blade during trimming. This allows case mouths to be reproducibly and squarely trimmed to the set length.
What the set is for
The set is suitable for reloaders who want to control the length of cases from about caliber .17 to .45. The length adjustment is done via the conventional stop of the trimmer. The stand provides a solid working base; the swiveling SharkFin clamp presses the inserted case holder down during trimming.

Important purchase check
Caliber-specific L.E.-WILSON case holders are not included and must be chosen separately to fit the cartridge used. Also check before purchase whether the required case holder can be used with the SharkFin clamp. This offer is the version with a standard stop – not a micrometer trimmer.
For .50 BMG, a different system version is required.
The trimmer shortens cases. Tools for inside and outside deburring or chamfering the case mouth are not included.

Application

Insert the matching Wilson case holder for the specific cartridge.
Set the target length on the stop and carefully trim the first case.
Check case length with a suitable caliper and correct the setting if necessary.
Process further cases, regularly checking the measurement.
After trimming, deburr the case mouth inside and outside with separate tools.

Safety note: Only process empty, completely primer-free cases. Mount the tool securely, wear safety glasses, and remove no more material than necessary.

No. A suitable L.E.-WILSON case holder is required separately for each cartridge.
Is this the micrometer version?
No. This set uses the classic adjustable standard stop.
Can I trim .50 BMG cases with this?
No. The system version designed for .50 BMG is required for that.

No. Inside and outside deburring or chamfering is done afterwards with separate tools.
