ThermTec Hunt 650L thermal imaging scope

The ThermTec Hunt 650L thermal imaging clip-on combines a high-resolution 640 × 512 pixel VOx thermal sensor, a bright 50 mm F1.0 lens, and an integrated laser rangefinder up to 1,000 m in a compact clip-on device. With a temperature resolution of ≤ 15 mK NETD, the Hunt 650L delivers detailed thermal images and enables reliable detection of temperature differences even in challenging weather and environmental conditions. The maximum detection range is up to 2,600 m.

The 50 mm lens with F1.0 offers a field of view of 8.8 × 7.0°, corresponding to about 15.39 × 12.23 m at 100 m. The base magnification is 1x, while the digital zoom ranges from 1x to 4x. This makes the ThermTec Hunt 650L especially suitable for observation at longer distances and use with compatible optical systems.

For detailed display, the integrated AMOLED display with 1920 × 1080 pixels ensures clarity. The image display can be individually adjusted via various settings for contrast, brightness, sharpness, and backlight. Additionally, several color modes such as black, white, green, red, violet, and gold are available. The automatic image calibration with AI technology supports a uniform and clear thermal image display.

A special feature of the Hunt 650L is the integrated laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1,000 m. The equipment is complemented by a ballistic calculator, which provides additional support especially when used at longer distances. The integrated RAV function can automatically create recordings after recoil. Photos and videos can then be played back directly on the device.

With 64 GB internal storage, WiFi, and Bluetooth, the ThermTec Hunt 650L offers extensive options for recording, data transfer, and remote control. The USB-C port allows the device to be charged and used for data transfer. The replaceable battery enables an operating time of up to 5 hours.

The robust housing is protected against dust and water according to IP67 and is designed for shock loads of up to 6,000 joules. With a weight of 463 g without battery and dimensions of 137 × 86 × 82 mm, the thermal imaging clip-on remains compact and handy. Mounting is done via an M52 × 0.75 mounting thread.
