The high-resolution 12-µm thermal sensor delivers particularly detailed imaging. With a system NETD of under 20 mK even small temperature differences become reliably visible. The frame rate of 50 Hz ensures smooth display of moving scenes. The image quality is supported by the bright F50/1.0 germanium lens , which enables powerful thermal imaging even under difficult conditions.
The optical basic magnification of 2x offers a good combination of overview and detail representation. The digital zoom allows flexible adjustment of the magnification to the respective observation situation. With Zoom Boost, a magnification of up to 24x is possible.
A special feature of the Pulsar Telos LRF XT50 is the generous field of view. With 17.5° or 30.7 meters at 100 meters the surroundings can be quickly and comfortably surveyed. This is especially practical when searching larger areas or tracking moving heat signatures.
The integrated laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1,200 meters enables fast and precise distance measurement. The measurement accuracy is ±1 meter . In addition to single measurements, a continuous scan mode is also available, allowing distances to be comfortably determined during observation.
For detailed image reproduction, the Telos LRF XT50 features a 1920 × 1080 pixel AMOLED HD display . The integrated photo and video recorder allows observations to be recorded directly. With 128 GB internal memory there is enough space for photos and videos.
The operation is designed for high comfort. The symmetrical control concept allows use for right- and left-handed users . The front-positioned adjustment rings for focus and zoom can be operated directly on the device and allow intuitive adjustment during observation.

The Pulsar Telos LRF XT50 is also designed for use under demanding external conditions. The robust housing has the protection class IPX7 and is thus protected against temporary submersion. The specified operating temperature range is from -25 °C to +40 °C . The replaceable LPS 7i lithium-ion battery with 6,400 mAh enables an operating time of up to 8 hours .
