Classification before purchase

Practical use: Regular print may provide too little contrast in thermal imaging. The thermal signature creates a reproducible visible aiming point for sight-in and group checks.
The set is neither an electronic target system nor an automatic hit indicator. Visibility and apparent target size depend on sensor, distance, field of view, and environmental conditions.

No guarantee for every environment: visibility varies with temperature contrast, sensor resolution, distance, and weather. The aiming point must be stably visible before the actual group.
The 3-inch area does not replace an arbitrarily fine precision grid. Derive corrections from a reliable group and then confirm.
