Wheeler Master Roll Pin Punch Set

The Wheeler Master Roll Pin Punch Set 110128 combines roll pins, ball-profiled roll pin punches, and a compact gunsmith hammer in an organized tool set. This allows you to precisely set, drive in, and punch out matching roll pins without the punch easily slipping off the pin.
Two tool sets for assembly and disassembly
The short starters help to set a roll pin straight into its hole. For the next step, the long, hardened steel punches with ball profile are used. This profile centers itself in the hollow roll pin and reduces the risk of flaring its edge.

The set is suitable for roll pin work on firearms, assemblies, and other precision mechanical components. The wide size range covers typical small to larger roll pins. The lightweight hammer offers more control for delicate work than a heavy universal hammer.
Avoid wrong purchases and damage
The tools are designed for hollow roll pins and do not replace normal pin punches for solid pins. Before use, check pin diameter and driving direction, support the workpiece stably and surface-friendly, and always use the largest suitable punch. Stuck, peened, or tapered pins must not be worked on with excessive striking force.
When working on firearms, the firearm must be completely unloaded and ammunition removed from the workspace. Safety-relevant or unclear disassembly work should be done by qualified hands.
