With the Frankford Arsenal Perfect Seat Hand Primer Setter 110006, the seating depth of primers can be adjusted in a controlled and repeatable way. A defined mechanical stop limits the seating travel: once the desired depth is set, the handle can be fully operated without seating the primer deeper than the chosen value.
Fine adjustment instead of working by feel
The seating depth is adjusted in increments of 0.001 inch (approx. 0.025 mm); the total adjustment range is 0.05 inch. This helps avoid protruding primers as well as seating too deep or damage caused by unnecessary pressure. The self-aligning primer reservoir holds more than 100 primers and facilitates a smooth workflow.

The twelve included case holders cover many common cases but not automatically every caliber. Therefore, before ordering, it should be checked whether a suitable adapter for the used case is included or available separately. Primers and cases are not included. The device is a manually operated hand setter and does not replace a loading press or an automatic feeding system.
