LYMAN Custom Fit · 50 Cases
Sort cases securely instead of letting them wobble in the universal block
The LYMAN Custom Fit Loading Blocks hold 50 cases in precisely fitting holes. Four diameters help reduce side play when filling and checking – chosen by actual case diameter, not just caliber names.

Choose bore diameter

Black-Raptor classification
The advantage shows with structured batches: 50 positions keep the process clear, while the matching bore guides the case better. A block that’s too tight won’t fit; a clearly too wide block loses the Custom Fit benefit.
Does the product fit your workflow?

Fits well

50-batch sorting, filling, and visual inspection
Cases whose outer diameter matches the chosen bore
Users who want to stack multiple blocks space-savingly inside each other

Rather doesn’t fit
Selection only by bullet caliber without case size
very large or unusually shaped cases outside the four sizes
Expectation of measurement, dosing, or safety control

Features with practical benefits

50 clearly separated slots
A complete batch remains arranged in rows; skipped or double-processed positions are easier to spot.

Four Custom-Fit sizes
0.388, 0.445, 0.485, and 0.615 inch cover different case bodies but are not bullet diameters.

Stackable polymer
The blocks are sturdy, easy to clean, and according to LYMAN can be nested inside each other.

Avoid limits and bad purchases
The bore size describes the fit in the block. Rim, belt, case body, and shape can be crucial despite a nominally matching caliber designation. Check an empty case before larger quantities. The block does not check powder charge or case size.
Technical data – and what it means

Capacity
50 cases – supports an orderly batch process.
0.388 inch
LYMAN 7728090 / GTIN 011516780904.
0.445 inch
LYMAN 7728091 / GTIN 011516780911.
0.485 inch
LYMAN 7728092 / GTIN 011516780928.
0.615 inch
LYMAN 7728095 / GTIN 011516780959.
Practical consequence
The closer the matching bore is to the case body, the steadier the case stands; but it must not jam.

Scope of delivery
One LYMAN Custom Fit Loading Block for 50 cases in the chosen bore size. Cases, powder, funnel, scale, and other reloading equipment are not included.
Use and safety
Use only clearly identified cases from one batch. Keep the block clean and dry and check before filling that each case stands free. Compare powder levels under uniform light from the same viewing angle; the block does not replace load control.
Frequently asked questions
Which size fits my caliber? Do not choose by caliber name alone. Measure the case body or check LYMAN’s assignment for the specific case. Are 50 cases included? No. The number refers to the number of slots. Can I stack the blocks? LYMAN describes them as nestable; empty completely before stacking. Is the block chemical resistant? It is intended for normal reloading bench use. Use aggressive cleaners only if material compatibility is confirmed.
BLACK RAPTOR CONCLUSION
A simple but effective organizing aid – provided the bore really fits the case. Choosing only by bullet diameter risks the classic bad purchase.
