LEE PRECISION 90190 · Powder Funnel .22–.45
Deliver weighed charges cleanly into the case – without pretending a metering function
The lightweight hand funnel fits case mouths from .22 to .45 and offers a large filling opening. It does not weigh or meter powder.
Simple transfer · no measuring device

Honest classification A useful standard helper for small batches and changing calibers. The funnel supports clean transferring but cannot detect incorrect charges or compensate for unsuitable case geometry.

Fits your setup?

Fits well if …
you already manually transfer correctly weighed charges into cases from .22 to .45
you want a compact, straightforward funnel without caliber-specific inserts
you want to store the funnel properly via the rim hole

Less suitable if …
you expect a powder filler or a scale
you work outside the specified case range
you need an automatic, static-free, or caliber-specifically sealed solution

What counts in practice

Large filling opening It facilitates controlled pouring from a scale pan or dosing container without having to hit the small case mouth directly.

Range .22–.45 The outlet is designed for numerous rifle and handgun cases in this range; special shapes are checked individually in advance.

Robust design LEE describes the funnel as almost unbreakable – practical for regular use and easy storage.

Rim hole The opening serves for hanging bezie
hungsweise geeigneten Befestigung und hilft, den Trichter sauber vom Arbeitsbereich zu trennen.

Limits and Avoiding Bad Purchases
The funnel neither determines the powder type nor the charge amount. Scale, verified load data, and final fill level check remain indispensable. For very short, wide, or unusually shaped cases, the secure fit must be checked before filling. Residues of other powders are a real safety risk.

Unusual case geometries should be checked for secure fit in advance. Are inserts included? No. The 90190 is a simple universal funnel without caliber-specific adapters. Can it be attached to a press? The rim hole can be used for suitable hanging or attachment; the specific mounting must be stable and secure. How do I avoid powder mixing? Only open one type at the workstation and thoroughly clean and dry the funnel before each change.
Black-Raptor Purchase Decision
An honest, affordable choice for manual transferring within .22–.45, if scale and loading process are already established. Those needing automatic dosing, precise sealing, or special calibers should choose more specifically.
