MEC E-Z Pak · 12 to .410
25 shotgun cartridges arranged to turn into the box
The MEC E-Z Pak arranges 25 loaded shotgun cartridges in a 5×5 grid so they can be turned together into a suitable box. This saves handling after reloading – provided the loaders, cartridges, and carton are the same gauge version.

Select gauge variant exactly

Black-Raptor classification
The practical advantage comes at the end of the loading process: cartridges are not placed individually into the box. The product neither alters the load nor inspects cartridges; it is purely an organizing and packaging aid.
Does the product fit your workflow?

Fits well

series of 25 loaded shotgun cartridges
suitable variant in 12, 20, 28 Gauge or .410 Bore
reloading stations with standardized 25-count boxes

Fits rather not

mixed calibers or gauge sizes in one workflow
differing carton dimensions without prior fit test
quality control or measurement of loaded cartridges

Features with practical benefits

5×5 arrangement
25 cartridges are arranged in a fixed grid; a full standard box fi
sst sich dadurch in einem Schritt übernehmen.

Four Separate Sizes
Each variant is designed for a specific gauge or .410 Bore. This improves guidance but excludes universality.

Simple Turning Step
Place the box, securely grip the unit, and turn – especially useful for recurring series.

Avoid Limits and Wrong Purchases
E-Z Pak is not a universal stacker. The wrong gauge variant cannot guide cartridges cleanly. Boxes also differ; a fit test is advisable before quick turning. Damaged, conspicuous, or non-standard cartridges must not be "passed through" the packaging step.
Technical Data – and What They Mean

Capacity
25 shotgun cartridges in a 5×5 grid – corresponds to a typical packaging unit.
Variants
12 Gauge: 15CA12; 20 Gauge: 15CA20; 28 Gauge: 15CA28; .410 Bore: 15CA410.
Function
Organizes and transfers cartridges together into a suitable box; no measuring or testing function.
Practical Consequence
Correct gauge and matching box are prerequisites for a trouble-free turning step.

Scope of Delivery
One MEC E-Z Pak shotgun cartridge stacker in the chosen variant. Shotgun cartridges, box, reloading press, and other accessories are not included.
Use and Safety
Handle only completed, externally inspected cartridges. Place the stacker on a stable surface, fully place the box, and hold both parts securely together when turning. Never release incorrectly loaded or damaged ammunition based solely on external sorting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can one variant hold multiple gauge sizes? No. Choose the version matching 12, 20, 28 Gauge, or .410 Bore. Are boxes included? No. The stacker is delivered; suitable 25-count boxes must be obtained separately. Does the device check the cartridges? No. It only organizes finished cartridges for packaging. Dimensional and visual checks remain separate steps. Does every 25-count box work? Not guaranteed. Internal dimensions and design may vary; therefore, first perform a fit test without a rushed turning step.

BLACK RAPTOR CONCLUSION
E-Z Pak is a small efficiency helper for cleanly standardized series. Those mixing different gauge sizes or expecting a universal testing step need a different solution.
