Frankford Arsenal 1136233
Powder volumetric dosing – reproducible at the workbench
Mechanical powder filler with micrometer adjustment, 10–100 grain range and bench-top stand.
Stand included

Black-Raptor classification The device is intended for repeated volumetric powder charges. It speeds up batch work but never replaces checking on a suitable, calibrated powder scale – especially after any change of powder, setting, or work rhythm.

Does this fit your plan?

Fits well if …
you want to prepare charges volumetrically between 10 and 100 grains
you reload cartridges in the manufacturer-specified range from .22 to .50
you are looking for a mechanical filler with its own workbench stand

Less suitable if …
you expect an automatic target weight dispenser or trickler
you want to accept every charge directly without scale control
you work outside the range, nozzle assignment, or manufacturer approval

What the product practically offers you

Micrometer adjustment Makes it easier to reproducibly find a tested volume setting; the scale is not a direct charge weight.

10–100 grains The wide dosing range covers many applications, provided the specific powder flows evenly.

Workbench stand The included stand creates a defined working position and keeps the dosing path clear.

Limits, disadvantages, and avoiding a bad purchase
Volumetric fillers react to powder shape, fill level, operating rhythm, and vibrations. Coarse stick powders can cause more scatter
en or become noticeable when shearing. A micrometer scale shows a setting, not automatically the actual weight. Every new configuration must be verified with safe load data and a scale.
Technical data with practical follow-up

Model Frankford Arsenal 1136233 – mechanical bench-top powder measure.

Dosing range 10–100 grains – actual suitability depends on the powder used.

Nozzle range Specified for most cartridges from .22 to .50; check the specific case before series operation.

Adjustment Micrometer – supports repeatable volume positions.

Drive Mechanical – no power supply required.

Mounting Bench-top stand included – set up stable and tilt-proof.

Application and safety
Use only suitable propellant powders and published load data. Keep device clean, dry, and pure; never mix powders. After adjustment, discard or check several test throws, then regularly reweigh on a calibrated scale. Wear safety glasses and keep ignition sources away.
Scope of delivery
1 × Frankford Arsenal Bench Top powder measure 1136233 including associated bench stand. Powder, scale, cases, funnel, and other reloading accessories are not included.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an automatic powder dispenser? No. It is a mechanical volumetric powder measure and not an automatic target weight dispenser. Does the micrometer scale show the powder weight? No. It indicates a volume setting. The actual weight must be checked with a suitable scale. Is the stand included? Yes. The bench-top stand is included in the delivery. Does every powder work equally well? No. Grain shape and flow behavior affect the spread; especially coarse stick powders require tighter controls. Can I continue reloading immediately after changing powder? No. First completely empty and clean, readjust, perform test throws, and check the weight.
Clear purchase decision
Useful for controlled series work with mechanical volume dosing. Those looking for automatic weight control or wanting to skip consistent reweighing need a different system.
