Haenel NXT Composite .308Win

ARTICLE DESCRIPTIONergonomic, grippy and tool-free adjustableZoom stock combInterchangeable stock caps (optional)Soft-touch insertsThe Haenel Jaeger NXT bolt-action rifle appears as a straight-pull repeater with a cocking handle for tough hunting use. Thanks to the composite construction, the weapon offers special ease of handling and ergonomics. The zoom stock comb can be quickly and easily adjusted in height using a button, which is positioned so that even when aiming, a precise adjustment of the sight line is possible. In addition, interchangeable stock caps compensate for the stock length and allow tool-free adjustment to the shooter's individual needs. The Jaeger NXT is also equipped with soft-touch inserts that are extra grippy and withstand any weather conditions. The new fore-end geometry also ensures that the weapon is easy to grip and rest.Equipped with a milled Picatinny rail, optics can be easily and repeatably mounted. Furthermore, the i-Sight sighting system offers two options for hunting use: with or without sights. Without sights, the barrel muzzle can be used with an M15x1 thread for attaching a suppressor or muzzle brake. This version also features a straight-pull torsion bolt that impresses with its brilliant ergonomics. The kickdown chamber handle moves the bolt linearly while simultaneously rotating and locking the bolt in the barrel. In the final step, the chamber handle tensions the system in the front third of the swing range, making the rifle ready to fire.Safety is ensured by a chamber lock with a slider that can be set to three positions:safe unload position, where the system is relaxed (left)red fire position (center)safety position that blocks the chamber handle (right)Composite approaches the custom stockThe "custom fitting" is done by the shooter themselves in several steps. The stock length is optimized before the hunt. Depending on arm length or clothing thickness, optionally available stock caps can be used without tools, shortening the stock by 7 millimeters or lengthening it by 5 millimeters. The second step is adjusting the dynamic stock comb to the sight line. This is done during the hunt at the push of a button, tailored to the scope, stalking scope, or for tracking with rear sight and front sight. The adjustment is simple and quick with a finger press on a button. This solution allows height adjustment even while looking through the sight axis. The button on the right side releases the locking mechanism, and the stock is spring-assisted to extend.Fore-end for a good gripA finger groove combined with injected soft-touch inserts for the palms and a tapered fore-end cut provide an individual and secure grip. No matter where the shooter intuitively grips, the fore-end offers optimal hold for all hand sizes. The lower area of the stock material is additionally reinforced to allow system-open expansion, e.g., for a bipod adapter or Picatinny rails. Different mounts can be securely screwed here.Pistol grip optimized for kickdown chamber handleThe stock, with its steep pistol grip, is perfectly matched to the kickdown chamber handle of the Jaeger NXT. This operating element is central to the torsion bolt developed for this rifle, as it serves as both cocking handle and chamber lever for cycling.TECHNICAL DATA:Barrel diameter: 18 mmBarrel length: 520 mm (standard caliber) / 610 mm (magnum)Trigger: direct trigger with 1000 g trigger pullDetachable magazineStock: composite stock with stepless height-adjustable zoom stock combCold-forged Suhler precision barrelPicatinny rail
