The Blaser R8 Ultimate combines the proven technology of the R8 straight-pull bolt action with an ergonomically perfected synthetic thumbhole stock. The well-thought-out stock shape allows a relaxed grip of the shooting hand and offers excellent control of the firearm both in freehand shooting and in precise supported shots.

The robust thumbhole stock in black is equipped with grippy elastomer inserts and provides a secure hold even in adverse weather conditions. Thanks to the modular stock concept, the R8 Ultimate can be individually adapted to the shooter with optional components such as an adjustable cheekpiece, an adjustable buttplate, or the Blaser recoil reduction system.

The proven Blaser straight-pull system enables particularly fast follow-up shots without having to remove the firearm from the shooting position. The intuitive manual cocking provides a high level of safety: the firing spring is only cocked immediately before firing and can then be easily decocked.

The dry direct trigger supports controlled and precise shot release. Magazine and trigger unit form a removable assembly, ensuring quick and comfortable handling.
