Sierra HPBT .308 WIN - 155 Grain #2156

Match bullets for precise long-range performance

HPBT design for tight groups and stable ballistics

The Sierra HPBT .308 WIN 155 Grain (#2156) is designed as a premium match bullet tested to industrial standards, for professionals and ambitious sport shooters who rely on repeatable precision. Its technical foundation is the Hollow Point Boat Tail (HPBT) profile: the hollow point optimizes flight characteristics, while the boat tail reduces drag, resulting in more consistent velocities and less drop over long distances. Manufacturing processes follow documented quality standards, with tight tolerances for weight, shape, and surface finish to ensure minimal variation between batches. The 155-grain design offers a balanced combination of ballistics and energy transfer, making it suitable for competition and precision-focused training. Material selection and production are geared toward durability, dimensional accuracy, and compatibility with standardized .308 Win loads. Our testing procedures include measurements of MOA performance, velocity variations, and temperature stability, complemented by batch traceability for quality assurance. The result: a reliable match bullet designed for consistent shot groups, stable ballistic data, and a high quality standard—suitable for ambitious users who demand maximum repeatability in training and competition. Additional test reports, standardized ballistic curves, and documented test series support technical evaluations.
