Black Raptor Buying Guide
UNITY Tactical FAST FTC – Magnifier Mount for Compatible Aimpoint Magnifiers
This mount is designed for a clear purpose: to hold a compatible Aimpoint magnifier in the FAST system so that red dot and magnifier function as a single optical line. Key factors are magnifier compatibility, mounting height, and operating clearance.

Fits well / fits rather not

Fits well
if a compatible Aimpoint magnifier is used in the FAST setup
if red dot and magnifier are to be matched
if the FTC park position fits your operating concept

Fits rather not
for unconfirmed magnifier models
if any standard side-swing mount is sought
if red dot and magnifier have different optical heights

What does this mean in practice?

One system instead of adapter chain A suitable direct solution reduces additional intermediate plates and thus unnecessary screws and tolerance points.

Common optical axis The magnifier should deliver a full image behind the red dot without the head position needing to change significantly between 1× and magnification.

FTC function The magnifier’s park position follows the FAST-FTC concept. Before purchase, check that the movement path remains collision-free with charging handle, safety, and other accessories.

7075-T6 Aluminum The underlying design is made for robust mounting applications; however, the material does not replace a thorough compatibility check.

Limits, disadvantages & avoiding bad purchases

“Aimpoint” alone is not proof of compatibility. The specific magnifier model must fit the mount. Likewise, red dot height, rail position, and eye relief must work together. A high-quality mount with the wrong system height or wrong magnifier interface remains
a bad buy.

Technical data with practical interpretation

Product type FTC magnifier mount
For magnifier setups, not as a standalone red dot mount.

Material 7075-T6 aluminum
Robust base for permanent mounting with correct installation.

Variants Black / Flat Dark Earth
The color choice does not change the function.

System reference UNITY Tactical FAST
The biggest risk of a bad buy lies in the wrong magnifier or height combination.

Compatibility & variant selection
Before purchase, match the specific Aimpoint magnifier model, the existing red dot mount, and the optical height. Then check if there is enough space in the intended rail slot for eye relief and operating paths.
Scope of delivery

1× UNITY Tactical FAST FTC mount in the chosen color variant
Aimpoint magnifier, red dot sight, firearm, and other accessories are not confirmed as included.

Safe use
Mount only on a fully unloaded system. Tighten screws according to the specifications of the involved manufacturers and check free movement and firm fit after mounting. After modifications, recheck zero and overall function.
FAQ
Is the Aimpoint magnifier included? No, only the mount is confirmed in the listed scope of delivery. Does the mount fit every Aimpoint magnifier? Not automatically. The specific model must explicitly fit for mounting. What is important about the height? Red dot and magnifier must function as a common optical line. Are there functional differences between Black and FDE? No, according to the listed variants, this is a color choice.
Black-Raptor classification: Very useful if a specific FAST/Aimpoint setup is already fixed. For an unclear magnifier setup, it is too specific to be bought "on suspicion."
