TR90TA18 – adjustable rear sight with passive white contrast outline The TR90TA18 combines the underlying TR90TA platform assignment with White Outline. It is listed as a rear sight without front sight; therefore, the mount and matching front sight remain the two most important checkpoints before purchase.

Fits well if … / Less suitable if …

Fits well if … … you want more visual guidance than with a completely black rear sight, without relying on fiber or self-illuminating inserts.

Less suitable if … … you expect night sights, fiber optics, or a complete sight set including front sight, or if the mount does not clearly fit the TR90TA18.

Practical effect of White Outline

More contrast, no illumination The white outline visually highlights the rear sight notch. It is passive and does not produce its own brightness.

Top edges remain reference For precise aiming, front and rear sight geometry still counts. The white outline supports perception but does not replace mechanical alignment.

Limits and avoiding wrong purchases

White Outline is often mistakenly equated with “night sight.” This is not the case here. Those seeking active or phosphorescent elements need a different version.
TR90TA18 is also not a universal rear sight for every visually similar pistol. Mount and manufacturer code must match; a front sight is not included.
