LPA TPU · SIG Sauer / Springfield XD · black sight picture
LPA TPU25SS07 – adjustable micrometer rear sight For the SIG Sauer family P220/P225/P226/P228/P229/P239, SP2009 as well as Springfield XD offered in the shop. This SKU is a rear sight with a black sight picture – not a complete set.

Black-Raptor classification
The TPU25SS07 is the factual choice for shooters who want an adjustable rear sight without additional dots, fiber, or white outline. The decisive factor is not only the model name but the specific rear sight mount of the slide.
Fits well / fits rather not

Fits well if … … your model belongs to the mentioned SIG Sauer/Springfield XD assignment and the existing rear sight mount fits the LPA version.

Fits rather not if … … you expect rear sight and front sight as a set, a brightly marked sight picture, or a differently milled/optics-ready version.

Features and practical effect

Micrometer adjustment Height and windage can be controlled and corrected on the rear sight. Suitable base mount and front sight height remain prerequisites.

Black sight picture Clear contour without additional glow or color reference. This looks reduced but offers less optical emphasis on dark target backgrounds.

Rear sight only A matching front sight is still necessary and not included in this SKU.

Variant selection 07 stands here for the black sight picture. White outline and 2-dot are separate variants.

Limits, disadvantages, and avoiding wrong purchases

No universal fit: P series, SP2009, and XD do not automatically share every slide mount; the specific LPA assignment to the existing version is decisive.
No front sight included: An unsuitable front sight height can practically make the adjustment range unusable.
