Half Size Overwrap Entrix XL: lighter extra protection instead of a heavy full cover The partial cover adds a second roof layer to the Mivardi Entrix XL without the bulk of a full overwrap. It’s designed for sessions where sun, condensation, and rain from above matter more than maximum winter insulation.
Key point: It’s tailored to the Entrix XL. Fit for other bivvies is not guaranteed.

Our honest assessment

At around 1.15 kg and about 32 × 21 × 7 cm packed size, the Half Size Overwrap is significantly lighter than a full cover. The M-Tec-300 fabric is rated at 8,000 mm water column. The design covers the roof and upper side areas, leaves the window zones accessible, and attaches directly to the tent.
The main benefit is an additional weather layer and reduced direct sunlight. Less condensation is possible because the second layer changes temperature and humidity conditions; however, an overwrap cannot completely prevent condensation.



Works well if … … you use an Entrix XL and want a light second roof layer in spring, summer, or autumn.
