Corn is familiar in the hunting ground, but roasted corn works differently than a simple corn lick stone. This special variant relies on 3 kg content, high hardness, and a darker, inconspicuous appearance for fixed spots in the big game hunting area.

The Wildlutscher Spezial Lick Stone "Roasted Corn" is a 3-kg attractant and supplementary feed for targeted attraction of fallow deer and other big game. According to the source, the stone can serve as a constant gathering point for up to 10 weeks due to its high hardness.

The same applies here: the firm consistency means no intense scent release. The stone is intended for attraction at specific spots and not as a sole long-range effect.

Key Features

3-kg special lick stone with a sweet roasted corn profile.
According to the source, up to 10 weeks of use due to high hardness.
Suitable for fallow deer and other big game.
Dark yellow, inconspicuous color for more sensitive hunting areas.
No strong scent release: designed for targeted attraction.
Can be combined with Wildlutscher attractants if additional long-range effect is desired.

Our Assessment

Black-Raptor short summary:
The roasted corn is a calm, practical special lick stone for big game spots. It fits especially well if you want a familiar feed profile but want to work with longer durability and less conspicuous appearance than smaller variants.
Buy if: you are looking for a durable 3-kg lick stone for fallow deer, big game, and fixed game camera spots.
Don’t buy if: you expect strong scent trails, fruity aroma, or quick long-range effect.

Important Classification Before Purchase
According to the source, the stone is not intended for long-range effect. Its strength lies where game is already regularly moving and you want to structure acceptance over a longer period.

The darker color can be helpful in sensitive spots because the stone is visually less conspicuous. Still, proper site selection remains more important than color alone.

Practical Tip: Do not mix directly with corn bait
If you want to know whether the lick stone is accepted, first place it separately from larger amounts of corn. Otherwise, it will be difficult later to assess whether game uses the stone or only accepts loose bait.

Compared to the Spezial Lick Stone Roasted Peas, this variant is more classic and closer to corn. Compared to 1.8-kg corn lick stones, it offers more mass, according to the source longer usage duration, and a less conspicuous dark color.

Application Scenarios
The lick stone is suitable for fallow deer and big game spots, game trails, game camera locations, and fixed hunting areas where you want to promote calm, recurring acceptance.

The source mentions mounting on a tree with a 180 mm screw and M20 washer, with rope or chain, on tree stumps with iron rod, or on a post with a roof. Protection from direct moisture extends durability.

Features & Construction
According to the source, the recipe consists of roasted kernel corn, sugar 4.52%, and glucose as carrier material. The color is described as dark yellow.

The 3-kg format m
it ca. 160 mm diameter is designed for fixed mounting points. Due to the hard consistency, the stone is used more slowly and is well suited for longer observation periods.
