Magpul DAKA · Small · 9 × 6 inch
Compact DAKA pouch for small parts, documents, and range gear The DAKA Pouch Small is a flat, flexible organisation solution for items that shouldn’t be loose in your backpack, range bag, or vehicle. At 9 × 6 inch, it’s deliberately small and better suited for accessory groups than bulky sets.

Suitability and avoiding bad buys

Works well if … … you want to neatly bundle tools, cables, batteries, cards, small parts, or EDC gear and prefer a flat format.

Not so good if … … you need padding, rigid shape stability, or protection against hard impacts like a hard case.

Limits / downsides: DAKA keeps things organised and better protects contents from dirt and moisture but doesn’t replace a shockproof case. Before buying, compare real items to the 9 × 6 inch format.
Practical benefits

Compact format Ideal for smaller gear groups that should stay separate without taking up much backpack space.

Flexible organisation Flatter and more adaptable than a box; fits well into existing bags and vehicle compartments.

Colour options Black, Flat Dark Earth, O.D. Green, and Orange also allow visual sorting of different contents.

No special internal dividers The pouch organises as a container. If you need fixed compartments or form inserts, choose another solution.

FAQ
Is the Small big enough for a complete tool set? Only for compact sets. The crucial dimension is 9 × 6 inch; check larger or bulky contents beforehand. Is it a hardcase? No. It is flexible and offers significantly less shock and shape protection than a hard shell case. Which colour is functionally the most sensible? Technically equivalent; bright colours can make it easier to quickly identify certain contents.
Black Raptor · Order without overkill
The DAKA Small fits if you’re looking for a compact, flexible organisation module. For sensitive optics, highly shock-prone equipment or large sets, a padded or rigid case is the better choice.
