1.5 liters · stainless steel · vacuum insulation
Petromax insulated bottle TB150
More reserve for long days, camp or two people. 1.5 liters volume, double-walled stainless steel and wide opening – deliberately larger and heavier than the TB100.

Fits well / fits rather not

Fits well For long outdoor days, larger coffee or water supplies, vehicle and camp as well as users who want to refill less often.

Fits rather not For ultralight tours, small side pockets or narrow drink holders. If one liter is definitely enough, the TB100 is handier.

Practical use

Up to 94 h cold The manufacturer’s maximum specification offers plenty of reserve for pre-cooled drinks; real values depend on fill level, environment and frequency of opening.

Up to 22 h warm Designed for hot drinks over a long day. Preheating the bottle improves practical temperature retention.

1.5 liters without a second bottle Interesting for two people or long missions. The advantage is reserve, the price is size and weight.

Wide opening Ice cubes up to about 3 cm can be inserted; filling and cleaning is easier as a result.

Limits & avoiding bad purchases

The TB150 is not a compact everyday cup: approx. 30.7 cm height, 11.1 cm diameter and around 715 g empty weight take up space. It does not automatically fit in narrow vehicle cup holders. Avoid carbonated drinks; with very hot liquids
handle with care. “Up to 94/22 hours” are manufacturer maximum values and change with use and environment.

FAQ
When is TB150 worth it instead of TB100? When one liter regularly runs short or you carry drinks for two people. For short day use, TB100 is lighter and more compact. Does the bottle fit in a normal cupholder? Not necessarily. With about 11.1 cm diameter, it is wider than many vehicle holders – measure beforehand. Are 94 hours cold guaranteed? No. The specification says “up to” and depends among other things on starting temperature, fill level and openings. Can I fill sparkling water? No. Pressure build-up from carbonation must be avoided for this use.

Black-Raptor classification: The TB150 is worth it for real reserve. If you regularly use the extra volume, it makes sense; if one liter is enough, you carry less size and weight with the TB100.
