Usage tips

Tie cleanly to the burner. The mantle should sit evenly. Too loose can slip, too tight can damage the fabric.

Burn in gently. During the first burning-in, the fabric transforms into the sensitive mantle. After that, don’t touch it and protect it from shocks.

Consider lamp transport. Once the mantle is burned in, it becomes sensitive. For longer transports, best to pack spare mantles.
