This makes sense if you want to solve eye relief and additional elevation reserve at the same time – unnecessary if your setup doesn’t need either.

The forward offset helps position the scope further forward on Picatinny-based setups. The 20 MOA tilt simultaneously shifts the usable elevation range of the optic towards greater distance reserves.
That’s exactly why this mount shouldn’t be bought just because of “20 MOA.” First clarify tube diameter, required build height, objective clearance, eye relief, and actual distance range.
