More distance reserve with side parallax and illuminated BDC
The illuminated version combines 4–12x, 44 mm objective, 1-inch main tube and side parallax focus with Dead-Hold 2A BDC in the second focal plane. This is clearly more distance-oriented than 3–9x, without reaching the size of a 6–18x50.

Limits, disadvantages and avoiding bad purchases
The SFP BDC is not to be understood as a universal meter scale. Holdover marks must be calibrated with your own load and the magnification used.
ng must be confirmed. For quick close range, 4x is already a clear compromise. The 44 mm objective requires sufficient mounting height without making the cheek rest unnecessarily high.

Mounting and safe use
Check ring height, 25.4 mm diameter, eye relief and free access to side focus on the unloaded system. Adjust diopter and parallax separately: diopter sharpens the reticle for the eye, side focus adjusts the target/parallax image.
