QD Bipod · Picatinny/Weaver · Swivel Stud
UTG Super Duty Bipod: robust support with two clearly different height ranges The full-metal bipod combines QD mounting for Picatinny/Weaver with Swivel Stud compatibility and nine locking positions per leg.
Choose variant first: 6.0–8.5 inch is lower and more stable; 8.0–12.8 inch provides more ground clearance and flexibility.

Our honest assessment
The Super Duty is more robust than ultralight. It fits well with range, precision, and hunting setups where a stable support is more important than minimal carry weight. If you’re looking for a particularly lightweight stalking bipod or a highly specialized competition system, you should choose differently.

Fits well if … … you want a robust bipod base with Picatinny/Weaver QD or Swivel Stud and weight is not the top priority.

Less suitable if … … you travel ultralight, expect a direct M-LOK/ARCA solution, or need a specialized PRS bipod with extended tilt/swivel range.

Variant choice without a bad buy

6.0–8.5 inch For low prone positions, bench, and situations where the lowest possible profile and stability matter.

8.0–12.8 inch For more ground clearance, vegetation, or changing terrain. The higher working height comes at a slight cost in stability.

Features and Practical Effect

Dual-Mount Picatinny/Weaver-QD plus Swivel Stud expands usable platforms. Check existing interface beforehand.

9 Locking Positions Makes reproducible height selection and asymmetric adjustment on uneven ground easier.

Spring-Loaded Legs Quick setup. Still, before load, ensure both legs are fully locked.

Rubberized Feet More grip on hard surfaces; on loose or very soft ground, stability strongly depends on the terrain.

Limits and Disadvantages
More height is not automatically better. The further the legs are extended, the greater the movement and leverage reserves in the system. The bipod itself also does not replace a suitable shooting position or a stable rear rest.
Technical Data with Practical Interpretation

Mount QD for Picatinny/Weaver plus Swivel Stud. No direct M-LOK or ARCA connection specified.

Heights 6.0–8.5 inches or 8.0–12.8 inches. Choose variant according to actual shooting position.

Legs 9 locking positions, spring-assisted folding. For repeatable height adjustment.

Construction Heavy-duty full metal. Stability-oriented, not optimized for minimal weight.

Scope of Delivery
1 × UTG Super Duty Bipod in the chosen height variant with QD mounting base and associated mounting hardware according to existing Shopify data record.
Safe Use
Before loading, check mount, QD lock, and leg locks. Only lay the weapon in a safe direction and never rely on a bipod as the sole safety. After a fall or loosening, check all joints and clamping surfaces.
FAQ
Which height is more stable? Usually the lower 6.0–8.5 inch variant, because there is less leverage and extension in the system. Does it fit on Picatinny? Yes. A QD mount for Picatinny/Weaver is specified in the existing product data record. Can it be used on a Swivel Stud? Yes. The existing data record also mentions Swivel Stud compatibility. Is it an ultralight hunting bipod? No. The construction is clearly designed for robust full metal stability.
Black Raptor · Variant first
For the Super Duty, the required working height decides. Choose low if stability is a priority; higher only if terrain, vegetation, or position really require it.
