Small handgun trolley – compact RAUZEUG system for pistol, safety glasses, hearing protection, and range accessories

When you go to the shooting range, you don’t want to search through three bags for glasses, hearing protection, magazine, or tools.
The small handgun trolley combines matching RAUZEUG components into a compact, wheeled system based on the RT465 – for pistol, hearing protection, safety glasses, accessories, and a clean range setup.

The advantage lies in the coordination: RT465 trolley, 1-pistol insert, and organizer cubes fit together. You don’t have to improvise your setup from individual parts but get a clear transport solution for regular training and range visits.

Why exactly this handgun trolley?
✔ compact RT465 trolley with wheels and telescopic handle
✔ coordinated set for pistol, hearing protection, safety glasses, and accessories
✔ 1-pistol insert for structured handgun storage included
✔ organizer cubes for safety glasses, hearing protection, tools, and small parts
✔ IP67 waterproof and IK08 shockproof in the case component
✔ carry-on size for mobile use and compact transport
✔ wheeled instead of heavy to carry
✔ ideal for range, training, and vehicle transport
✔ saves configuration time compared to buying parts separately
✔ immediately usable RAUZEUG system instead of a loosely thrown-together bag

The decisive added value

The small handgun trolley is designed for shooters who want a compact but clean setup. Not everyone needs the large RT550 trolley. If you mainly transport a pistol, hearing protection, safety glasses, tools, and small parts, the RT465 as a base is often just the right size.

Compact: less bulky than large trolley setups

Wheeled: more comfortable when ammo and accessories add weight

Organized: pistol, glasses, hearing protection, and accessories each have their own compartments

Protected: hard shell case instead of soft range bag

Coordinated: set components fit together and save configuration time

Small or large handgun trolley?
✔ Small handgun trolley: compact, ideal for one pistol and manageable range accessories
✔ Large handgun trolley: more space, better for multiple handguns, lots of ammo, and extensive accessories
If you want a compact setup, the small trolley is the cleaner choice. If you regularly carry multiple pistols or a lot of gear, the large one is worth it.

Instructor tip: A small setup must be packed even more consistently
With less space, nothing should lie around randomly. Pistol in the insert, hearing protection and glasses in fixed cubes, tools and small parts in a clear area.
This way you immediately see if something is missing before you get to the range.

Our assessment

The small handgun trolley is the right choice if you’re looking for a compact, tidy, and rollable handgun setup.

It’s especially strong for regular training with a pistol, hearing protection, safety glasses, tools, and accessories. Compared to a normal range bag, it offers significantly more protection, better internal organization, and a reproducible setup.

The biggest advantage: You don’t have to think every time about where each part belongs. Your setup gets fixed places. Especially at shooting range visits, this saves time and reduces mistakes.

Very useful for:

Shooters with a handgun and manageable accessories
regular shooting range visits and training days
users who want to organize hearing protection, safety glasses, and tools neatly
vehicle transport of handgun and range equipment
anyone who prefers a finished, coordinated RAUZEUG set

Less ideal for:

multiple handguns and very extensive ammunition/accessory quantities
setups where a large RT550 trolley would be more sensible
users who consciously prefer a soft range bag
equipment that must be constantly carried on the body

Use scenarios

Shooting range: compactly bring together pistol, hearing protection, safety glasses, ammunition, tools, and small parts

Training: always pack the setup the same way and immediately see if something is missing

Vehicle transport: put the case in the vehicle, roll to the range, open, and access in an organized way

Range accessories: use organizer cubes for glasses, hearing protection, oil, tools, magazines, or small parts

Compact equipment: ideal if you don’t need the large trolley but want more protection than a bag

Travel / mobile use: carry-on dimensions can be practical depending on transport method; always check requirements

Practical tip: separate ammunition and sensitive parts
Ammunition, tools, and metal parts should not lie loose next to glasses, optics, or electronics.
Use the cubes deliberately: heavy and robust parts separated from sensitive parts. This keeps your setup clean and prevents self-damage.

Internal layout & accessories

The small handgun trolley is designed as a coordinated system. The RT465 provides the protected base, the 1-pistol insert holds the handgun organized, and the organizer cubes create structure for the rest.

RT465 trolley: rollable protective case base with telescopic handle

1-pistol insert: structured holder for one handgun

Organizer cubes: for safety glasses, hearing protection, tools, magazines, ammunition, or small parts

Expandability: additional RAUZEUG accessories can be added as needed

Packing routine: fixed places reduce search time and errors

Ready set or assemble yourself?
✔ Ready set: faster to get started, components are coordinated for handgun/range use
✔ Individual purchase: more flexible, but you have to plan compatibility and setup yourself
❌ loose bag: less protection, less order, more searching
If you want a compact handgun setup without configuration effort, this set is the more sensible solution.

Features & construction

RT465 base: compact rollable hard shell case with wheels and telescopic handle

Rolling function: especially comfortable with ammunition, tools, and accessories

System logic: RAUZEUG components can be added as needed
