Large Handgun Trolley – rollable RAUZEUG system for range, training, and handgun setup
If you distribute handguns, ammunition, hearing protection, safety glasses, and tools individually in bags, chaos starts before the first shot. The Large Handgun Trolley is a coordinated RAUZEUG system based on the RT550: rollable protective case, DIY divider system, 2x 1-pistol inserts, and organizer cubes for accessories.
The set is designed for shooters who don’t want to gather each module individually. You get a well-thought-out range setup that organizes handguns, magazines, ammunition, hearing protection, safety glasses, tools, and small parts protected and reproducibly.

Why exactly this Handgun Trolley? ✔ coordinated RAUZEUG set based on the RT550 ✔ rollable protective case with wheels and telescopic handle ✔ IP67 waterproof and IK08 shockproof in the case component ✔ DIY divider system for individual interior layout ✔ 2x 1-pistol inserts for handgun organization ✔ organizer cubes for hearing protection, safety glasses, tools, and accessories ✔ large interior dimensions for complete range setup ✔ saves configuration time compared to buying separately ✔ ideal for shooting range, training, competition, and vehicle transport ✔ high-quality equipment is protected instead of loose in bags
The decisive added value
The advantage of this set lies in the coordination. You don’t have to think about which case, which insert, and which organizers fit together. The set is designed for a specific problem: transporting handguns and range accessories protected, rollable, and sensibly organized.

Rollable: useful when ammunition, handguns, and accessories add up in weight

Organized: pistols, hearing protection, glasses, tools, and small parts get their own areas

Protected: hard shell case protects better than normal range bags

Reproducible: you always pack your setup the same way and immediately see if something is missing

Expandable: RAUZEUG accessories can be added as needed

Range Bag or Handgun Trolley? ❌ Range Bag: light and quick, but gear shifts, ammunition presses, small parts disappear ✔ Large Handgun Trolley: fixed places, hard shell protection, wheels, and clear interior organization If your range setup is high-quality or heavy, a rollable protective case is much more comfortable than an overloaded bag.

Instructor Tip: Always pack your range setup the same way Always pack handguns, magazines, ammunition, hearing protection, safety glasses, tools, and documents in the same place. This saves time at the range and prevents typical mistakes: forgetting magazines, not finding tools, glasses somewhere at the bottom of the bag.

Our assessment
The Kurzwaffen-Trolley groß is the right solution when your range setup is more than just a pistol and a box of ammunition.
Especially with multiple handguns, lots of ammo, hearing protection, safety glasses, tools, oils, markers, target material, and small parts, a normal bag quickly becomes cluttered and heavy. The RT550 as a rolling base absorbs the weight better and also offers significantly stronger protection.
This set is especially strong for shooters who train regularly, carry multiple pistols, or don’t want to throw their setup together anew every time. You get a system that provides order without locking you in completely.
Very useful for:

Shooting range and regular handgun training
Sports shooters with multiple pistols or extensive accessories
Range days with ammunition, hearing protection, safety glasses, and tools
Competition or training preparation
Vehicle transport of handgun and range equipment
Users who want a coordinated RAUZEUG setup right away

Less ideal for:

Minimalist users with only one pistol and little gear
Setups where a smaller RC465 or RC550 is enough
Users who deliberately prefer a soft range bag
Equipment that must be constantly carried on the body

Use scenarios

Shooting range: carry handguns, magazines, ammo, hearing protection, safety glasses, and tools in a rolling setup

Training day: everything stays in place and is quickly accessible

Competition preparation: pack setup in advance and open reproducibly at the range

Vehicle transport: transport equipment protected and organized instead of loose in several bags

Multi-weapon setup: structure two handguns using 1-pistol inserts

Range accessories: use cubes for hearing protection, glasses, tools, ammo, or small parts

Practical tip: pack ammo low and central Ammo is often the heaviest element in the range setup. Pack it low and as centrally as possible so the trolley stays stable and doesn’t become unnecessarily top-heavy when rolling. Sensitive parts like glasses, optics, or electronics should not be placed directly next to loose ammo.
Interior layout & accessories
The Kurzwaffen-Trolley groß is not just an empty case but a set with a concrete organizational logic.

DIY divider system: basis for individual layout in the RT550

2x 1-pistol insert: structured holder for two handguns

Organizer cubes: for hearing protection, safety glasses, tools, ammo, oil, cables, or small parts

RT550 trolley: rolling base with protective case function

Expandability: additional RAUZEUG inserts, panels, or cubes can be added depending on the setup

Finished set or individual components? ✔ Finished set: ready to go quickly, components are tailored for handgun/range use ✔ Individual components: more flexible, but you have to assemble everything yourself ❌ loose bag: less protection, less order, more searching If you want a functional handgun setup quickly, the set is the cleaner solution.
