RAUZEUG RC465: the medium system case for sensitive equipment and modular interior organization With an interior space of about 410 × 295 × 185 mm, the RC465 sits between a small parts case and a large trolley. It’s suitable for handgun setups, optics, cameras, drones, medic gear, or tools when hard shell protection and an adjustable interior are more important than low weight.

Fits well – and fits less well

Fits well if … … you’re looking for a medium-sized, stackable protective module with DIY padding and connection to the RAUZEUG-465 system.

Fits less well if … … a lightweight bag is enough, you absolutely need wheels, or your gear significantly exceeds the usable interior dimensions.

Features with practical benefits

IP67 / IK08 The case component is designed for dust, water, and shock resistance. Inside, secure fixation of the equipment remains crucial.

DIY cube padding The main compartment foam can be adapted to fixed setups. Plan completely first, then remove material.

465 system logic The RC465 can be combined with RT465 and RTS465H and expanded with suitable clamps, inserts, panels, or carrying systems.

Five color variants Olive green, orange, red, black, and gray are available in the shop. The technical function remains identical.

Avoid limits and bad purchases

Check interior dimensions and padding height against your largest real equipment. IP67/IK08 neither replace a form-fitting interior fixation nor vehicle load securing or legal
prescribed storage.
Those who regularly carry heavy cases over longer distances should consider the RT465 or a compatible carrying system as an alternative.

Technical data with practical interpretation

External dimensions approx. 465 × 355 × 205 mm – medium-sized and well suited as a modular vehicle or range case.

Internal dimensions approx. 410 × 295 × 185 mm – crucial value for optics, device height, and accessories.

Weight approx. 4 kg empty or in the specified basic configuration. Contents quickly turn the carry case into a heavy module.

Interior equipment Pyramid foam in the lid and DIY cube foam in the main compartment.

Scope of delivery
1 × RAUZEUG RC465, 1 × pyramid foam in the lid, and 1 × DIY cube foam in the main compartment.
Use safely
Fit sensitive and heavy parts so that nothing moves freely. After a fall or heavy load, check the shell, locks, seal, and interior fixation. Additional transport and safety requirements apply for firearms, batteries, and electronics.
FAQ
Does the RC465 fit with the RT465 and RTS465H? Yes, the RC465 is part of this 465 system logic. Is the interior padding included? Yes, pyramid foam in the lid and DIY cube foam in the main compartment are included in the scope of delivery. When would a trolley be more useful? When the setup becomes heavy and needs to be moved regularly over longer distances. Then wheels and a telescopic handle help significantly.
Black Raptor · honest assessment
The RC465 is a very versatile middle ground: enough space for serious equipment, but still significantly more compact than a large trolley. Its usefulness increases greatly when interior padding and accessories are planned consciously.
