10" Super Slim Free Float Handguard
Slim 10-inch handguard for AR-15 builds where free barrel space and a clear KeyMod accessory interface are more important than maximum rail area.

Does this fit your build?

Fits well For AR-15 setups where exactly 10" length, free-float design, and KeyMod are desired. Useful when grip position and accessories are deliberately planned along a slim handguard.

Rather doesn’t fit If you want to use M-LOK accessories without an adapter, need a different handguard length, or receiver, gas block, or mounting standard is not yet clearly defined.

What does the design bring in practice?

Free Float The handguard is intended for a build where the barrel is not stressed by a classic drop-in handguard. This creates a clean basis for a reproducible setup.

Super Slim The slim profile supports a direct hand grip. The advantage is mainly ergonomic; if you carry a lot of accessories permanently on the outside, you should plan the available space in advance.

10-inch length The length determines hand position, coverage, and accessory space. It is not a universal measure and must fit the specific upper build.

KeyMod Accessories must be KeyMod-compatible or connected via a suitable adapter. Existing M-LOK accessories are not automatically directly usable.

Limits, disadvantages & avoiding bad purchases

The most common bad purchase is not the quality, but the interface. Check AR-15 compatibility, actual required length, existing KeyMod accessories, and clearance to gas block and adjacent parts before ordering. If the existing build requires a different mounting standard, this variant is not the right one.
For assembly work on a firearm applies
: ensure unloaded condition and follow manufacturer specifications for attachment, torque, and inspection. If unsure, have it professionally installed.

FAQ
Is this an M-LOK handguard? No. Shopify data lists this version as a KeyMod model. M-LOK accessories are therefore not automatically directly compatible. Why is the length critical for purchase? Because it determines hand position, coverage, accessory space, and clearance in the specific upper setup. 10" should be chosen consciously. Does the handguard fit every AR-15? The platform reference is AR-15, but attachment standard and clearance must be checked on the specific setup. A platform name alone does not guarantee full compatibility. Should anything be checked after installation? Yes. Fit, clearance, and all affected connections must be checked according to manufacturer specifications; if unsure, installation should be done professionally.
Black-Raptor Classification: A sensible choice for deliberately planned AR-15 KeyMod setups. Don’t buy it for the name, but if 10", Free Float, and KeyMod exactly match your existing system.
