Short offset rail for 11-/1-o’clock positions The MT-MP45 converts an M-LOK slot into a short, angled Picatinny mount with three slots. This allows compact accessories to be offset to the side while keeping the top rail free.
Key point: Three slots are deliberately compact. Accessory base, handguard profile, switch, and the included spacer must fit together collision-free in the actual setup.

Our honest assessment
The mount makes sense if a small Picatinny accessory should not sit on top of the handguard. It does not replace a long rail section and is not a full flashlight mount. The benefit lies in positioning, not in additional carrying surface.


Fits well if … … your handguard has M-LOK, the accessory fits with three Picatinny slots, and an 11-/1-o’clock position is ergonomically sensible.


Fits less well if … … you need KeyMod, a long rail section, a straight 12-o’clock position, or a long clamping base.


Practical effect of the features


45° Offset Offsets accessories out of the upper line of sight and can bring controls closer to the support hand.


3 Picatinny Slots Enough for short clamping bases but deliberately limited. Long or multipart clamps may require a larger rail.


Removable Spacer Without spacer, the setup stays closer to the handguard; with spacer, more clearance is created for wide housings or handguard profiles.

Montage und Kontrolle

Nur am sicheren, entladenen System arbeiten. M-LOK-T-Nuten vollständig in den Slot einsetzen und beim Anziehen kontrollieren, dass sie quer hinter der Schiene verriegeln. Für die bereits bestätigte UTG-M-LOK-Verbindung gelten 35 in-lbs auf Metallschiene und 15 in-lbs auf Polymerschiene; diese Werte nicht auf Schrauben des später montierten Zubehörs übertragen.

Does the mount fit KeyMod? No. MT-MP45 is designed for M-LOK. Is the spacer required? No. It is only needed if additional clearance between handguard and accessory is useful. Are three slots enough for every accessory? No. The clamp foot must fully rest on the short rail and must not create an insecure partial clamp beyond the usable surface. What torque applies? For the M-LOK attachment, the already verified UTG manual specifies 35 in-lbs on metal rail and 15 in-lbs on polymer rail. The mounted accessory’s own specifications apply.
