The UTG Angled Index Mount is a lightweight, flat reference point for the front hand – available in separate M-LOK and KeyMod versions. It does not replace a full vertical grip but provides the thumb and hand edge with a reproducible reference on the handguard.


Choose the exact variant: M-LOK and KeyMod are not interchangeable. The existing handguard interface must be clearly identified before ordering.

The Index Mount is strong when a defined hand point is needed without additional grip height. Thanks to cant direction and spacer, it can be adjusted more precisely to the hand and handguard than a simple rail cover.

Don’t buy if: Picatinny is present, a full grip is needed, or the system is not clearly identified.

Practical Tip: Test both cant directions with a normal hand position. Even reversing the rest changes thumb angle and pressure point significantly.
