Is MC the same as IRR? No. This page concerns the MC version. There is a separate model for an explicitly IRR-designed version. Is the pouch only meant for cards? No. It also organises pens, documents, smartphone, and small admin tools. Can I attach it to any backpack? Only if a suitable MOLLE surface is available. Is a smartphone included? No. The holder is included, not the device.
