Tasmanian Tiger Raincover S
Rain cover for compact backpacks – choose the right size, put it on early. The Raincover S is designed for backpacks around 30–40 liters. T-Cover Tex protects against rain, dust, and dirt; the sewn-in stuff sack keeps the cover handy and compact.

Fits well / fits rather not

Fits well if … your backpack holds about 30–40 liters and you want a quickly accessible outer cover for touring, bushcraft, or camping.

Fits rather not if … your backpack is significantly larger or you expect a waterproof transport box or a completely submersible cover.

Practical use

T-Cover Tex The cover keeps precipitation and dirt away from the backpack. Wet straps, open back areas, and uncovered attachments remain possible entry points due to the system.

30–40 liters The size specification is the most important purchase factor: too small won’t cover fully, too large may fit worse in the wind.

Sewn-in stuff sack The cover stays together and can be stored outside or handy inside the backpack.

Hook-and-loop fastener Allows marking or patch without making the protective function the main criterion.

Avoid limits and bad purchases Size before color: Black and Olive are visual variants; the backpack circumference decides. No dry bag: A rain cover does not make the entire backpack waterproof. Applied too late: The cover protects best when put on before heavy rain.
Technical data with practical interpretation

Size S, approx. 30–40 liters – for daypacks and compact backpacks.

Material T-Cover Tex – water-repellent outer weather protection, not a rigid transport container.

Variants Black or Olive –
same function, different look.

Transport Sewn-on stuff sack – packs faster and less prone to loss.

Scope of delivery 1 × Tasmanian Tiger Raincover S in the selected color variant.
Application Pull the cover completely over the loaded backpack and check the fit. After wet use, let it dry separately; equipment packed damp for a long time promotes odor and material problems.
FAQ What backpack size is S intended for? About 30–40 liters. Is the cover completely waterproof? It protects the outside of the backpack from rain and dirt; straps, back area, and openings of the backpack make the overall system not submersible. What is the difference between Black and Olive? The color. Size and basic function remain the same. When is Raincover M more useful? When your backpack is rather in the 40–55 liter range.
Black Raptor Buying Guide
A raincover is good if it fits the backpack and remains accessible. For 30–40 liter backpacks, the S version is the right choice. For larger packs, better M instead of a too tight cover.
