Black-Raptor Product Check · Distance LYNX
HIKMICRO Lynx LH35 3.0
35 mm F1.0, 3.4× base magnification and <15 mK for open areas and distant heat sources.
The LH35 3.0 is clearly distance-oriented within the compact LYNX family. Its 384×288 sensor matches the LH19, but the longer barrel shows distant targets larger and significantly reduces the field of view. What you gain – and lose – with 35 mm
3.4× base magnification
More image size at distance before digital zoom is applied.
13.1 m field of view at 100 m
Significantly narrower than the LH19. Good in the field, scanning can be slower in dense forest.
384×288 / <15 mK
Solid native detail base with high thermal sensitivity.
354.5 g with battery
Despite the 35 mm optics, it remains noticeably more compact than many large premium handheld devices.
Technical Data
Sensor
384×288 VOx, 12 µm, 50 Hz
NETD
<15 mK
Lens
35 mm F1.0, focus ring
Field of View
7.5° × 4.6° / 13.1 × 8.0 m at 100 m
Magnification
3.4× up to 27.2× digital
Manufacturer Detection
up to 1,800 m
Display
0.49″ AMOLED, 1920×1080
Memory / Battery
64 GB; replaceable 18650

IP67
Dimensions
169.6 × 53.6 × 49.5 mm
1,800 m is detection, not reliable identification. At long distances, weather, vegetation, and target size influence usable detail assessment much more than the maximum manufacturer number.
LH35 or LH19?
The LH19 3.0 offers almost twice the horizontal field of view at 24.2 m at 100 m and is thus the more versatile scanner. LH35 plays to its strengths when you frequently observe large meadows, field edges, or slopes.
Purchase Decision
Buy if …
your terrain is mostly open and you want a compact 35 mm solution with good native detail reserve.
Not ideal if …
you scan a lot in dense forest or a very wide field of view is more important than base magnification.
Practical Tip: Don’t decide 19 vs. 35 mm based on detection number. Take the typical viewing window of your terrain: If a lot of area must be scanned quickly, the wider LH19 is often more efficient.
FAQ
How wide is the field of view? 13.1 m horizontal at 100 m. Does it have HSIS? Yes, the LH35 3.0 belongs to the LYNX-3.0 shutterless platform. How long does the battery last? HIKMICRO states 5 hours
the one at 25 °C with active hotspot. Is 27.2× true optical zoom? No. The high final magnification is digital; the native image information is determined by the sensor and 35mm optics.
