The 15 mm version of the LE series trades some overview for a larger image and 750 m manufacturer detection.

The most important buying tip: The 8× digital zoom does not make a 256×192 sensor high-resolution. For detail assessment, the native sensor base counts more than the maximum zoom number.
LE15 vs. LE10 vs. LH15 3.0
The LE10 3.0 is the better close-range scanner with 31.7 m field of view. The LH15 3.0 keeps 15 mm and 20.5 m field of view but increases the native resolution to 320×240 and improves NETD to <18 mK. Those who often assess details should seriously consider this extra cost.
