ACE Schakal Hearing Protection Headband – Protection and neat cable management for compatible headband models The textile replacement band is designed for ACE Schakal as well as compatible Sordin Supreme Pro, Pro-X, and MIL with classic headband. It protects the existing headpad, adds a camo look to the setup, and can guide cables more securely via the integrated loop.
Black-Raptor classification: useful as wear and organization accessory – not a replacement for damaged ear cushions or an upgrade for attenuation performance.

Does this fit your setup?

Fits well if … … you use an ACE Schakal or a compatible Sordin Supreme model with classic headband.
… you want to protect ear cushions and cables from sweat, abrasion, and loose routing.
… you want to specifically choose between Night, German, Airforce, Italy, Green, or Desert camo.

Fits less well if … … you have a neckband, ARC, or helmet version.
… you expect better attenuation – for that, fit and ear cushions are decisive.
… your hearing protection is already leaking or mechanically damaged.

What does it bring in practice?

Less direct wear The textile band lies over the existing headpad and reduces direct contact with sweat, dust, and abrasion. This is especially useful for frequently worn hearing protection.

Guide cables more securely The integrated loop can keep loose cables closer to the headband. Do not fix cables under tension to avoid damage to connectors and capsule connections.
t belastet werden.

Quick Change The hook-and-loop fastener makes switching easier on compatible models. Before converting from a leather strap, be sure to check if the original strap needs to be removed.

Camo without Functional Promise The color variants do not change the function. Choose the pattern based on your gear and personal preference, not on supposed technical effects.

Avoid Limits and Bad Purchases

Important: This product is only a replacement/protective strap. It does not improve SNR or the seal of the ear cups. If ear cushions are hard, cracked, or flat, the sealing surface must be evaluated first.
For Sordin versions with leather straps, a conversion can be irreversible if the original strap must be removed. Always clearly compare model and wearing system beforehand.

FAQ
Does the strap fit on Sordin Supreme Pro-X? Yes, provided it is the classic headband version. Neckband and ARC/helmet versions are not meant. Does the headband improve attenuation? No. Attenuation depends on ear cups, ear cushions, and tight fit. What should I consider with a leather strap? Before conversion, check if the original leather strap must be removed. Reverting may then be difficult or not practical. Which camo variant is technically better? None. The variants differ visually; the function remains the same.

Black Raptor · clearly classified
Good small accessory if your hearing protection already fits. The headband protects, organizes, and personalizes – but does not replace maintenance of ear cushions or ear cups.
