Four variants – four different power and operation concepts
The myStar Special Edition delivers 760/200/20 lumens, focus, and a red rear light with a 3,000-mAh battery. The myStar R uses 760/245/28 lumens and can also use three AA batteries via an adapter.
The myStar R AA is limited to three AA batteries and reaches 600/240/35 lumens as well as 180 meters. Max Star increases to 1,200/160/20 lumens, uses a 2,600-mAh Li-Ion battery, and is operated via a large rotary mechanism.
The ranges are ANSI standard values at 0.25 lux and not guaranteed detailed recognition distances. Also, maximum runtimes always belong to low, not the highest performance.

First define variant: choose battery, AA, hybrid, or maximum performance before planning accessories and spare power.

Test focus: use wide light cone for work, bundled beam for distance; extreme bundling reduces peripheral vision.

Distribute weight: adjust headband with cap or helmet and secure rear head module against slipping.

Do not shine directly into eyes.
IPX4 is not to be confused with submersion protection.
Use AAA/AA only as matching sets of the same type and charge status.
Do not recharge Li-Ion/LiPo batteries if damaged or swollen.
