5 pieces of decommissioned 7.5x55 Swiss – full metal jacket

Professional deactivation ammunition for functionally close bolt-action and test procedures Precisely dimensioned full metal jacket design for durable, stable use The deactivation ammunition in caliber 7.5×55 Swiss with full metal jacket bullet is a technically precisely manufactured, fully deactivated dummy designed for users who need to realistically simulate the functional mechanics of classic and modern Swiss system platforms. The externally dimensionally accurate design faithfully reproduces the characteristic 7.5×55 Swiss geometry and enables clean feeding, secure locking, and controlled ejection in compatible systems without any energetic processes occurring. The full metal jacket bullet ensures high shape stability, abrasion-resistant surfaces, and reliable sliding properties, which is especially important during intensive dry cycles, structured training sequences, and mechanical diagnostics. The material hardness supports consistent interaction with bolt surfaces, feeding ramps, and ejection systems, ensuring reproducible, robust function simulation. The fully deactivated internal structure provides maximum safety while realistically depicting all relevant technical interfaces, making the dummy a valuable tool for training environments, product presentations, and service analyses. At the same time, the deactivation ammunition offers high presentation value: the clear 7.5×55 Swiss silhouette combined with the neatly executed full metal jacket bullet creates a professional appearance ideal for collections, displays, or historical demonstration purposes. The robust manufacturing guarantees long-term dimensional accuracy, no maintenance requirements, and consistent performance even with frequent use. Thus, this deactivation ammunition represents a technically mature, safe, and durable solution that consistently combines realistic handling, reliable mechanical simulation, and high material quality. The set is explicitly not usable as live ammunition. Shipping outside Germany is not offered.
