100 pcs. Hasler Sport Bullets in 160 Grain – Cal. .30 #123839

Increased stability and precision for demanding sports shooting Competition-oriented bullet with optimized flight characteristics and consistencyThe Hasler Sport bullet in caliber .30 / .308 with 160 gr is aimed at sports shooters and reloaders who are looking for a lead-free bullet design with high manufacturing consistency and reproducible properties. The monolithic copper construction combines a homogeneous material structure with a precisely defined bullet geometry. Thanks to the machining process, diameter, contour, and driving bands can be produced with tight tolerances – an important basis for consistent conditions from shot to shot. With 160 gr or about 10.37 g, this variant offers a comparatively high bullet weight within the .30 caliber segment and is suitable for correspondingly tuned sporting loadings. The aerodynamic shape is designed for stable flight characteristics and supports the retention of velocity and energy over increasing distances. Characteristic of the design is also the driving band design. The reduced contact surfaces between bullet and barrel can influence friction and the required pressing resistance and are part of the overall constructive concept. For reloaders, the Hasler Sport 160 gr thus offers a technically interesting alternative to conventional jacketed bullets. Due to the monolithic copper construction, however, loading data of conventional lead-core bullets of the same weight must not be transferred without verification. Loadings must always be developed based on suitable, tested loading data and adapted to the cartridge, firearm, as well as its barrel and twist rate used.Technical data:Manufacturer: HaslerSeries: SportCaliber: .30 / .308Bullet diameter: .308" / 7.82 mmBullet weight: 160 gr / approx. 10.37 gConstruction: monolithicMaterial: copperLead-free: yesBullet type: sport/precision bulletDesign feature: driving band designApplication: sporting precision shootingReloading component: yesRecommended twist rate: dependent on cartridge, barrel length, and loading
