Special price (only while supplies last)ARTICLE DESCRIPTIONergonomic, grippy and tool-free adjustableZoom stock combInterchangeable stock caps (optional)Soft-touch insertsThe bolt-action rifle Haenel Jaeger NXT appears as a straight-pull rifle with cocking lever for tough hunting use. Thanks to the composite construction, the firearm offers exceptional handling and ergonomics. The zoom stock comb can be quickly and easily adjusted in height using a button, which is positioned so that precise adjustment of the sight line is possible even while aiming. Additionally, interchangeable stock caps compensate for stock length and allow tool-free adjustment to the shooter’s individual needs. The Jaeger NXT is also equipped with soft-touch inserts that provide extra grip and withstand all weather conditions. The new fore-end geometry also ensures the firearm is easy to grip and rest.Equipped with a milled Picatinny rail, optics can be mounted easily and repeatably. Furthermore, the i-Sight sighting system offers two options for hunting use: with or without sights. Without sights, the barrel muzzle can be fitted with an M15x1 thread for use with a suppressor or muzzle brake. This version also features a straight-pull torsion bolt that impresses with its brilliant ergonomics. The kickdown cocking lever moves the bolt carrier linearly while simultaneously rotating and locking the bolt in the barrel. In the final step, the cocking lever tensions the system in the front third of its swing range, making the rifle ready to fire.A safety chamber lock allows selection between three positions via a slider:safe unload position, where the system is relaxed (left)red fire position (middle)safety position that blocks the cocking lever (right)Composite approaches custom stockFitting the stock is done by the shooter in several steps. The stock length is optimised before the hunt. Depending on arm length or clothing thickness, optionally available stock caps can be used without tools to shorten the stock by 7 millimetres or lengthen it by 5 millimetres. The second step is adjusting the dynamic stock comb to the sight line. This is done during the hunt at the push of a button, tailored to the rifle scope, stalking scope, or for tracking with rear sight and front sight. Adjustment is simple and quick with a fingertip press of a button. This solution allows height adjustment even while looking through the sight axis. The button on the right side releases the lock, and the stock comb is spring-assisted to extend.Fore-end for a good gripA finger groove combined with injected soft-touch inserts for the palms and a tapered fore-end cut provide an individual and secure grip. No matter where the shooter intuitively grips, the fore-end offers optimal hold for all hand sizes. The lower area of the stock material is additionally reinforced to allow system-open expansion, e.g., for a bipod adapter or Picatinny rails. Different mounts can be securely screwed here.Pistol grip optimised for kickdown cocking leverThe stock’s steep pistol grip is optimally matched to the kickdown cocking lever of the Jaeger NXT. This control element is central to the torsion bolt developed for this rifle, as it serves as both cocking lever and bolt handle for cycling.TECHNICAL DATA:Barrel diameter: 18 mmBarrel length: 520 mm (standard caliber) / 610 mm (magnum)Trigger: direct trigger with 1000 g trigger pullDetachable magazineStock: composite stock with stepless height-adjustable zoom stock combCold forged
