Bul Armory SAS II

General:

The Bul SAS II are hand-assembled and adjusted by master gunsmiths at the factory to ensure the high standard. The Bul SAS II features a full-length dust cover to ensure optimal balance, a first-class trigger, a match-grade bull barrel, and stands out with its controls. The firearm is suitable for static shooting as well as for the IPSC Standard Division.

At its core, the SAS II combines the legendary, crisp trigger system of the classic 1911 with a modern, double-stack grip frame for significantly more magazine capacity.

Design features of the 2019 generation:

The modular SAS II hybrid grip frame: The upper part of the frame is made of precisely milled stainless steel. The actual grip frame is a high-strength polymer module, significantly slimmer and more ergonomic than many competing models.
Match-grade bull barrel: The firearms do without a classic barrel bushing. Instead, a heavy, one-piece ramped barrel (bull barrel) is used, flush with the slide. This ensures maximum inherent accuracy and shifts the weight forward to minimize recoil.
Full-length dust cover: The frame is extended forward (full-length dust cover), giving the firearm additional mass at the muzzle. This ensures extremely steady shooting behavior in rapid follow-up shots.
Bolt design (e.g., SAW-Cut): Models like the SAS II SAW feature distinctive, aggressive cutouts ("sawtooth look") for weight reduction on the slide and optimal handling.
