The 134 mm long and 1.76 mm thick blade is made of recycled Swedish stainless steel and features a full-flat grind for precise and controlled cuts. The narrow blade shape makes it easier to work in tight spots and access hard-to-reach areas when boning.

The molded polymer handle provides a stable grip and features a TPE rubber friction grip that, together with the finger guard, contributes to safe handling. The 134 mm long and 1.76 mm thick blade is made of Swedish stainless steel (10C28Mo2) with a recycling content of over 80% and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The full-flat grind enables efficient and precise cuts through meat and fish, while the stainless steel is robust and low-maintenance.
