Aimpoint Red Dot Sight Micro H-2

The Aimpoint Micro H-2 red dot sight is a compact reflex sight for rifles and shotguns that projects a red dot into the field of view and is designed for fast, confident aiming. Because the sight does not magnify, you aim with both eyes open, acquire the target immediately, and keep an eye on your surroundings. This is especially helpful when shooting moving game, such as during driven hunts. The red dot appears on the target where the firearm is pointed, regardless of how your eye is positioned behind the sight. Ready for use parallax-free – no centering required, and thanks to unlimited eye relief, you don’t need to maintain a fixed distance between your eye and the optic. You adjust the dot via a side rotary switch with 12 brightness intensity settings for use in daylight and low light conditions, from bright midday light to dusk. The Micro H-2 is not intended for use with night vision devices. The runtime is a real selling point for this sight: 50,000 operating hours (over 5 years) with one battery. You can leave the dot permanently on and keep the firearm ready to shoot at any time. The second generation of Aimpoint Micro red dot sights features a redesigned and reinforced housing body as well as flip-up covers to protect the lenses. The housing made of high-strength aluminum withstands moisture, frost, heat, as well as shocks and vibrations. Two transparent flip covers protect the front and rear lenses without obstructing the view. The sight alone weighs only about 94 grams.
